From Ottawa — take Hwy 416 S to Roger Stevens Road (North Gower) exit then travel west on Roger Stevens Road, through the traffic light in North Gower 35 km to Smiths Falls, at the first traffic light in Smiths Falls turn left onto Elmsley St. and go to the next traffic light, Beckwith Street, Turn right on Beckwith Street and continue over the Rideau River on Brockville Street to the second traffic light after the bridge and turn Left onto Broadview Avenue then take the next right onto Percy Street and we are about 150 metres down Percy Street on the right hand side at 218 Percy Street.
From Brockville — take Hwy 29 to Smiths Falls, the second traffic light in Smiths Falls is at Broadview Avenue just after a Golden Eagle Gas Station, turn Right onto Broadview Avenue then take the next right onto Percy Street and we are about 150 metres down Percy Street on the right hand side at 218 Percy Street.
From Carleton Place — take Hwy 15 from Carleton Place and turn right onto Cornelia St. as you enter Smiths Falls. Turn left on Elmsley St. Turn right at the Esso station onto Beckwith St. Continue on Beckwith St. past the bridge and make a left at the next traffic light (Broadview Ave). Make a quick right onto Percy St. The Diabetes Clinic is 218 Percy St. on the left side of the street.

From Kingston — take Hwy 15 off the 401 to Smiths Falls, the 6th traffic light in Smiths Falls is at Brockville Street, turn Right onto Brockville Street, at the next traffic light just across from a Golden Eagle Gas Station, turn Left onto Broadview Avenue then take the next right onto Percy Street and we are about 150 metres down Percy Street on the right hand side at 218 Percy Street.
From Merrickville — take Hwy 43 W to Smiths Falls, as you come into Smiths Falls, under the railway underpass, you come to a set of traffic lights, at Old Sly's Locks, turn Left at these lights onto Jasper Avenue, stay on Jasper Avenue for a km to Broadview Avenue; Turn Left on Broadview, go up Broadview until one block before the traffic lights when you turn Left on Percy Street, office will be on your right at 218 Percy Street.
From Perth — take Hwy 43 East to Smiths Falls, at the second traffic light in Smiths Falls (Elmsley Street) turn right and go to the next traffic light, Beckwith Street, Turn right on Beckwith Street and continue over the Rideau River on Brockville Street to the second traffic light after the bridge and turn Left onto Broadview Avenue, then take the next right onto Percy Street and we are about 150 metres down Percy Street on the right hand side at 218 Percy Street.
